He has varied international experience of 30 years in operations, marketing and senior management in Petrochemical, Automobile and IT industries. He lived and worked in Middle East for more than 7 years in the IT services sector with DEC, IBM/Wang and Microsoft. He came back to India in 1993 to venture into his own business based out of Chennai. He has a Masters degree in Business administration and a second mastersin Electronics from Madras University.

He is an active member of various trade bodies and Execute committee member of Indo Australian Chamber, Vice President Andhra chamber of commerce, President Indo Asian_Srilanka Chamber of commerce, Past Charmen of CII Pondicherry, Reginal committee member of CII southern reginal council.

Mr. S. Padmanabhan, Director

He leads various companies of Sattva Business Group in the core segments of Logistics, Warehousing, Infrastructure Development and Agro Processing. Hespecialized in Management and Strategic Planning of various logistic activities and deeply involved in Planning, Implementation, establishing Management system and Control, Project Evaluation, Feasibility study of Market demand, Profitability of new products, and Product Mix. He possesses vast Industrial experience in Manufacturing Industry, covering Pharmaceuticals and Battery manufacturing and served in a Senior Managerial position. He is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and Member of Institute of Cost accountant of India.

He is actively involved in various trade bodies including South India Chamber of Commerce, Madras Chamber, Tamil chamber of commerce, and the Treasurer of National association of Container Freight Stations (NACFS).

Mr Sudarshan Chary

Masters in Business Administration from Latrobe University, Melbourne. Post graduate diploma in Family Managed Business from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai.

He had been associated with our Family business for over 16 years and partner in Padmanabh Packaging that is into manufacturing of Corrugated boxes. Director in Padmalaya Pulp Packs Pvt Ltd, Paper molded Egg trays are manufactured.

He is Director in Sattva CFS and Logistics Private Limited and Visakha CFS & Logistics Private Limited, where we operate Container Freight Stations and Inland container depots, 4 PL Logistics.

He is currently the Secretary of Association of Corrugated Case of Telangana and Managing Committee member of the Federation of Corrugated Box Manufacturers of India.

He received Permanent residency of Australia in 2004, as soon as he completed my Master that was valid until 2009. During that period, He had decided to join the Family Business and hence got back to India.
